Q: What are your service hours?
A: We are happy to assist you from Monday to Friday 10am-5pm (GMT +1, we’re located in Germany).
Q: What delivery times are to be expected?
A: We are a small online shop, run by 3 employees and located in Germany. We ship once every 14 days for reasons of efficiency. You will always receive a personal shipment notification with a tracking ID.
- Germany: 2 business days.
- Europe (also UK): 2-10 business days.
- Rest of the world: It’s a pandemic. We do our very best to deliver in a timely fashion, yet shipments outside Europe may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This can be caused by changes in the transport process (e.g. border controls), in international transport (e.g. discontinuation of flight connections previously used for transport) and also in the delivery in the destination country (e.g. protective regulations and quarantine measures).
Switzerland: We ship once a month for reasons of efficiency.
Q: Can I return my items?
A: We always try to provide best quality and service to our customers. Of course, we understand that sometimes it just isn’t a match. Please contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to find the best individual solution for you.
Q: What ring sizes are available for „My Ring“?
A: It’s one size (Æ 18,4mm / GER 58 / US 8). Of course, it can be adjusted by any regional jeweler.
Q: What material is “My Ring” made of?
A: 925 sterling silver, gold-plated.
